1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their software subscription or service plan at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

  1. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.
  2. Access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
  3. No partial or prorated refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law.


2. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order if:

  1. The order has not yet been confirmed by the seller.
  2. The order has not been processed or shipped.
  3. The seller approves the cancellation request.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the applicable Return Policy.


3. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

A seller may cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  2. Pricing or listing errors.
  3. Suspected fraudulent activity.
  4. Payment could not be verified.
  5. Delivery is not possible due to operational limitations.

For custom development, installation, configuration, training, or consulting services:

  2. Once work has started, planning, design, development, or implementation fees may be non-refundable.
  3. Any completed work or delivered milestones may be billed accordingly.


5. Automatic Renewal Cancellation

If your subscription renews automatically, you may disable automatic renewal at any time before the next billing date. Disabling auto-renewal will prevent future charges but will not affect the current subscription period.

7. Non-Cancellable Services

  7. SMS credits, API credits, and payment gateway setup fees.

8. Refund After Cancellation
